Midpoint Gathering and Memorial

Our Midpoint Gathering with a memorial for the 672 babies who have died at this Planned Parenthood.

Many showed up with their children to be a reminder to life. Please remember to bring your signs out and if you have extra to store them in the box for others.

Being a witness to the love and mercy of God is why we go out and pray. Please consider taking an hour to pray at Planned Parenthood this week!

They were so upset by our numbers that they brought out this sign. It's always good to know we are having an effect on their hearts. Pray for all those who support this company, that their eyes will be opened to the evil.

I hope you are inspired by them to come out and pray again soon on the sidewalk and to stand in the gap for the unborn babies whose lives hang in the balance.

Blessings from the Kickoff Rally

What a blessing and a wonderful success was our Charlottesville 40 DFL Kick-off Event with the biggest crowd we have had to date!

Thank you so much to each person who came out to the sidewalk to join in this awesome event!
We hope that everyone was as blessed by the inspiring speakers and the beautiful worship music as everyone on the 40 DFL team were. The rush hour traffic was overwhelmingly positive towards our event.  The Holy Spirit definitely showed up and blessed us tremendously as many new faces and many previous partners from many churches and different denominations came together to pray and stand up for the unborn. I am sure God was smiling down on us from Heaven!

Please remember to check the vigil calendar at 40daysforlife.com/Charlottesville and sign up whenever you can fill in empty timeslots.  There will also be more photos of the kick-off event on our website.

We are most in need prayer warriors this Sunday so please consider coming out this day if possible and I am sure the Lord will bless you for coming out to pray on his special day!
God has richly blessed me each time I have been out on the sidewalk with the fervent prayer and the love for the unborn by other Pro-life Christians and many first time prayer partners as we stand in the gap for the most vulnerable and unprotected in our society!  I am certain God will reward you and bless you mightily for your sacrifice for the unborn as well.
Prayer from the National 40 DFL Website:
"Loving heavenly Father, help us to see the worth of all human beings by the way in which you provide for us. We would ask that you provide also the faith, grace and courage to enable us to protect that which is so precious to you. Through Christ our Lord, Amen."

May God richly bless you and keep you!

Rally for Life - What's Next

It is hard to believe it’s been over three weeks since the RALLY FOR LIFE! We will soon have video available of portions of the Rally, and we will let you know how to access this when it is available.

What’s next?
  • We can pray. Join us September 25 through Nov 3 as we stand and pray with others in front of Planned Parenthood (2964 Hydraulic Road) during Central Virginia’s 40 Days for Life. We know God hears and answers our prayers. And when we pray in front of Planned Parenthood, we are visible statements for life - not just for the young mothers who come for an abortion, but also for workers who staff that facility, and the people walking and driving by. You can register now and select times at our local website to join us in prayer.
  • Visit the national website and register to receive Daily Devotionals during the 40 Days.
  • Be a contact person for your church in this Fall’s 40 Days for Life campaign. Help us get information and materials to your church - we will provide you with everything you need. Contact the campaign team to discuss this.
